Tell us about your Bridal Shower and why you chose to wear a designer dress for it?
My Bridal Shower was the second event leading up to my upcoming Wedding. We had been preparing for this event for so many months and my family supported in a million ways! Everything was so perfect from the styling to the catering and desserts. My job was to help where I could and look pretty. The only way I knew how was to glam up and wear a beautiful dress to suit my personality and body shape. With all the wedding stresses, purchasing a designer dress would set me back but I really wanted to complete my entire look. Hence why, I went GlamCorner!
What was it about this occasion that made renting a dress so appealing for you?
When you dream about your Bridal Shower, you imagine just how pretty everything is going to be. So much effort goes into the preparations, games, food and making sure that everyone is going to come and enjoy their time. This was my first event that I hired a stylist and after picturing how everything was going to look when put together, I really had to look the part! I wanted designer so much so renting it was the perfect opportunity for me.
What made you choose this dress and Designer? Have you ever purchased from this designer before?
This was my first time purchasing from this designer. I tried the longer version of this dress in the past and I absolutely loved it but didn’t have an occasion to wear it too. I came across the same dress on GlamCorner and I took the opportunity there and then. After considering the weather though, I decided to order the shorter version because I loved the quality and how it sat on my body. It was of course white and a little out there which compliments my personality perfectly!

Was this your first time renting a dress? If so, what made you consider it?
This was my first time renting a dress but my sister has done it in the past. It simplifies the shopping process so much and the best thing is, you have an endless wardrobe. Receiving the dress and trying it on is so exciting and then returning it the next day is the easiest thing and can be done on the way to work.
How did you come across GlamCorner?
My sister and friends have used GlamCorner in the past so it was from word of mouth. Since hiring it for my Bridal Shower, I haven’t stopped telling people about it and will definitely be renting dresses more often. I already have my pre-wedding shoot and pre-wedding party to get organised for and have begun researching dresses already!
